• Crucibles need to be cleaned on a regular basis due to accumulated deposits of bath material and aluminum products on the inside walls and bottom. Crucibles are often cleaned manually or with machines after cooling down, which involves more time, more money as well as refractory damage; in addition, operators are exposed to excessive noise and dust.
• Bell-type crucible cleaner is a unique cleaning machine that cleans crucibles (ladles) rapidly at temperature less 200℃. Since the equipment operates in automatic mode, there are considerable savings as compared with manual operation.
• Simple and compact. The shell of cleaner tightly covers the crucible vertically without dust emission during operation. There is no need to use tilting device and dust removal system.
• Slag from the crucible is removed and goes the inner barrel of the cleaner directly.
