We developed more businesses including air dome building, aluminum purification fluxes, LM Cell Switch, LM crucible cleaner, as well as crucibles and related products. And at the same time, we started our export business, we are going to introduce these newly developed products to users in the other countries.
We became a distributor of Alumetal, a Poland master alloys producer, and started selling their master alloys Chinese market.
We became a distributor of Momentive Performance Materials Inc., selling their Boron Nitride (BN) Coatings to aluminum casthouses in China.
We started working for AIS project. The Aluminum Stewardship Initiative (ASI) is a global, multi-stakeholder, non-profit standards setting and certification organization. It is the result of producers, users and stakeholders in the aluminum value chain coming together with a commitment to maximizing the contribution of aluminum to a sustainable society. By the end of 2020, we have developed more than 20 members (aluminum smelters and fabricators) in China.
We became an agent of Hencon, a special vehicles manufacturer in Netherland. The vehicles are used in potrooms and casthouses to improve working condition, efficiency and reduce cost. So far, more than 20 vehicles have been sold to more than 10 customers in China.
We started introducing pot cell heat recovery and utilization technology from Cronus Technology AS, a Norwegian company, to China. The technology was transferred to Zhengzhou Light Metal Technology Co., Ltd, a Chinese technical company in aluminum industry, in 2019. A pilot project using the technology was built in Zhongfu Aluminum in early 2021. And the second pilot project will be built in Dongxing Aluminum in May 2021. This technology will help aluminum smelters to reduce their carbon emission since 1/4 of energy input the cells can be recovered and reused.
Since 2011, the companys initial main business is the international trade of aluminum electrolyte. Electrolytes come from foreign electrolytic aluminum plants, which are used to replace cryolite to start a new electrolytic cell. It has the advantages of good start-up effect, more environmental protection and lower cost.
