Phosphorus pig iron is a kind of special pig iron with high content of phosphorus (P). After melting, it is used to connect anode carbon block to the rod, or connect cathode carbon block to the collector bar.
Phosphorus pig iron needs to have good bonding strength and can be easily removed from the assembly after using.
Different aluminum smelters has different specification requirement on pig iron. And we can provide according to customer’s specific requirement.
